William Blake Homes is driven to create beautiful, custom homes, but also, to enriching our communities through William Blake‑led multi‑home developments.
Our developments are thoughtfully designed to combine the sense of community and land appeal found in traditional neighbourhoods with elevated architectural design and an enhanced attention to detail in construction, delivering lasting value and quality for our clients.
We are currently progressing construction of our first residential housing development, a 10‑lot custom‑home project located in Aspen Woods at 75 Street & 14 Avenue SW. In addition, we continue to expand our development portfolio, with future projects planned along Elveden Drive and beyond, all aligned with our long‑term company vision and growth strategy.
Future Developments
Elveden Drive
We are currently progressing final approvals of a new single-family housing development on Elveden Drive in south west Calgary. The development proposes to build 22–24 detached homes in the heart of Springbank Hill, offering mountain views and convenient access to nearby schools and amenities. The project is being thoughtfully planned to integrate seamlessly into the existing community and is intended to be a positive, long-term addition to the neighbourhood.
