Process

Exploration

We start with an exploratory conversation getting to know one another by understanding the scope of work, your needs and budget considerations.

WBH will clearly define expectations, with an overview of the build process, services & timelines, including an initial budget review for an informed decision-making process.

DESIGN DEVELOPMENT + BUDGETING

Experience, knowledge and compatibility play a significant role in creating a positive design experience, when paired with the right architect, architectural designer or interior designer. An expression of ideas is transformed into a conceptual version of a home that encapsulates form, function and inspiration.

With complete open book transparency, a construction budget is reviewed and evaluated at this stage and at further milestone stages throughout the building process.

PRE-CONSTRUCTION

Permits, Permits, Permits. We’re on it. Start to finish. From development to building permit applications, follow-ups and approvals. Providing consistent updates as we guide you through the nuances of permitting or various pre-construction requirements.

CONSTRUCTION COMENCEMENT

Excitement builds as the framework of your custom-built home or renovation begins. We provide you with a comprehensive website in which all the project updates are kept. You can see daily reports and photos of your project at any time.

Our internal team meets weekly on the status of your project and more often as required. This helps keep you apprised of construction progress overall, and allows for regular discussion points along the way.

THE JOURNEY HOME

Home is calling and a celebration is on the horizon. Your newly built custom home or renovation awaits.

WARRANTY + BEYOND

We walk you through your home 2-3 weeks prior to possession to address any items that need attention. This is our chance to make your move-in day perfect. We complete this process with you again on the day you take possession and demonstrate how any prior issues have been addressed. Once settled, we maintain an open dialogue with scheduled home checks at 3, 6, 12-month and 24-month intervals.

We are available beyond the 24-month warranty touchpoint to support your home service needs.
